Voices & Votes Democracy in America
About the Exhibit: Based on a major exhibition at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History, Voices and Votes: Democracy in America explores enduring questions that have faced our nation since the American Revolution: who has the right to vote, what are the freedoms and responsibilities of citizens, and whose voices will be heard. The exhibition uses rich photographs, engaging interactives and videos, and objects to show that every community plays a role in this story and to create a platform for rich discussion and local programming.
